Reporter visit: There are still companies working in the illegal building

The two levels of illegal construction built from the ground up have nothing to do with ordinary office buildings. Both sides are rented as office space. There are photocopiers, green plants, work rooms, conference rooms, and toilets in the corridor, and even central air conditioning is installed. But all the rooms are designed around the middle square building. "This square building is the building's engine room." Construction workers said.

On the east side of the building, the workers took a sledgehammer to cut off the partition, but on the west side of the 25th floor, a thermal company was still working. The person in charge, Mr. Wang, said that they had moved in in October last year. It was previously not known that this was an illegal construction. We are now studying and preparing for adjustment.

Haidian urban management law enforcement officials told reporters that in October last year, they had already issued a notice of evacuation to the company. City Administration believes that no one "claims" to demolish without owner

For this illegal construction, from the time the case was filed to the conclusion of the case, no one had “claimed” until the Haidian District Government approved the mandatory demolition. According to reports, the Weber Times Center Tower C was started by the developer Beijing Weigong Yuanding Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. in 2001. The approved construction scale is 23 floors above the ground, 4 floors underground, 87.55 meters in height, and the middle part of the roof 24 25 layers are device layers.

On October 8, 2012, the Haidian City Administration of Law Enforcement Supervision officially opened an investigation. Since December 2012, the Haidian City Administration Department issued an announcement regarding the illegal construction of this site, and urged the illegal builders to arrive at the team for investigation and inquiries, to make statements and defenses, or to dismantle them on their own.
