(1) Guarantee items
1. The ceiling work of the metal panel must comply with the relevant provisions of the foundation project.
2. The material, type, specification, color and shape of suspended ceilings of metal plates for ceilings must comply with the design requirements and relevant national standards.
3. The connection between the metal plate and the keel must be firm and reliable and must not be loosely deformed.
4. The location of the equipment mouth and lighting fixtures should be laid out in a reasonable layout, and be symmetrical and beautiful in terms of strips and blocks. Set the cut size to the exact edge neatly without revealing seams. Arrange straight and square.
Inspection methods: observation, hand wrench, and check.
(2) Basic items <br>The quality of metal plate installation should meet the following requirements:
Qualified: The surface of the board is accurate; the surface is smooth; the seams and interfaces are tight; the board seams are straight, and there is no obvious misalignment and the width is narrow and even; the yin and yang corners are squared; the decorative shoulders and the cutting direction are correct.
Excellent: the accuracy of surface cracking; smooth surface; tight joints and interfaces; positional arrangement of strip-shaped plates is staggered and orderly, plate joints are straight, misplaced and misaligned; width and width are consistent; yin and yang angles are found in square; decorative shoulders The corners and cutting directions are correct, and the tight and irregular shaped plate discharge positions are reasonable and beautiful.
The surface of the metal plate should meet the following requirements:
Qualified: The surface is clean, no warping, bumps, no scratches, no obvious color difference.
Excellent: neat surface, no warping, bumps, good coating without scratches, consistent and beautiful color.
