Submersible pumps are mainly divided into two kinds of water-filled and oil-immersed, water-filled models are: QJ submersible pumps, QJR hot water submersible pumps, QS submersible pumps, QSP fountain pump (fountain pump) QY submersible pumps, QYF stainless steel submersible pumps, WQ submersible pumps, QW submersible pumps, etc., are composed of two parts of the pump and motor. To ensure the normal operation of submersible pumps, must be used as follows. 1, flooding motor should open the irrigation bolt, fill the clean water after tightening the bolt, and then dive into the water. Oil immersed motor, such as the discovery of oil spills, seal components should be replaced before diving into the water. 2, submersible pump before use, use megger to check the motor insulation resistance, the minimum value of not less than 5 megohm. Check the method is to connect a megohmmeter on the electric pump cable terminal block, the other terminal connected to the motor housing, the megger, shake, observe the insulation resistance. 3, submersible pump cable should be checked to crack, abrasion and other phenomena, if damaged should be promptly replaced to prevent leakage. 4, submersible pump before diving into the water, should be filled with water pump, empty 1-2 minutes, and start 2 times, check idling and start is normal. If you turn the opposite, the two-phase wiring can be exchanged. 5, submersible pump diving into the water or lifting, not pulling the cable, so as to avoid damage to the cable or the connector at the disconnect. 6, the power supply voltage should be controlled not greater than or less than 5% of the rated voltage range, if the voltage is too high or too low will damage the motor. 7, submersible pump into the water should be vertical, not inclined (QSP fountain pump excluded). 8, submersible pumps shall not transport more water or mud sediment. Flooding motor should always clean the motor cavity sand, replace the motor cavity of water. 9, submersible pump actual lift should be within the rated head of 0.8-1. This can improve the efficiency of electric pump, saving, to avoid motor overload operation, extend the service life. 10, after the submersible pump, should be cleaned, anti-rust oil on the metal surface, and placed in a dry place vertical storage. Flooding motor should also be placed within the clean water motor. 11, in order to prevent electric shock accident, need to be equipped with pump control cabinet. 12, moving the submersible pump, the handle or ring should wear a chain hanging, never allowed to pull the cable.
