How to identify the quality of solar aluminum profiles

How to identify the quality of solar aluminum:

1. Marking inspection: Whether the solar aluminum profile and packaging are marked with the product standard code and production license number;

2, surface quality: in addition to the surface of the solar aluminum profile should be clean, not allowed to have cracks, peeling, corrosion and bubbles and other defects, but also do not allow corrosion spots, electric burns, black spots, oxide film peeling and other defects;

3. Oxide film thickness: The oxide film of solar aluminum profile is formed in anodizing, which has protection and decoration effect, and can be detected by eddy current thickness gauge;

4. Sealing quality: The acid leaching method is generally used in the on-site inspection. The solar aluminum profiles with poor sealing will leave obvious traces. The heavier the marks, the worse the sealing quality is.

5. Corrosion resistance: The drop alkali test can be used to visually observe the droplets until corrosive bubbling occurs, and the oxide film is penetrated. The test is easy to judge in the summer, in order to ensure the test. Accuracy must be carried out under the strict conditions of the laboratory.

DM products are direct silicone coated polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyester (PET), and polystyrene (PS) films with either one or two-sided release options. In addition to standard one and two-sided silicone coatings, we offer very stable one and two-sided siliconized liner with the option to use solvent-based or solventless chemistries. This product line is ideal for certain uses in the medical, industrial, and composites industries.

Polypropylene (PP)
High temperature resistance
Good conformability
Available in several colors
Thicknesses from 28 microns

Polyester (PET)
High tensile and tear resistance
High temperature and solvent resistance
Thickness 12 - 190 microns

High-density polyethylene (HDPE)
Rigid with good tensile and tear resistance
Better temperature resistance than LDPE
Available in several colors
Thickness 25-125 microns
Medium-density polyethylene (MDPE)
Good temperature resistance (better than LDPE, but lower than HDPE)
Good conformability
Available in several colors
Thicknesses from 40-200 microns
Low-density polyethylene (LDPE)
Low solvent and heat resistance
Good conformability
Available in several colors
Thickness 70-125 microns
