The method uses the data file as a beam between the hydraulic design software and the three-dimensional modeling software Pro/Engineer, and uses the flexible expression of the discrete points on the blade surface to construct a plane development map of any form of the blade cylinder section. A blade characteristic curve with sufficient accuracy is generated. In this method, the hub is directly finished by the secondary development tool Pro/Toolkit and the feature description method; the blade is mixed with the characteristic curve to form the front and back of the blade, and then all the surfaces of the blade are merged to obtain a closed surface, and the solid shape is obtained according to the closed curved surface. The characteristics of this method: make full use of the advantages of Pro/Toolkit fast and flexible, the completed modeling program has strong applicability and high precision, and can realize three-dimensional automatic solid modeling of any form of axial flow impeller. An example of impeller solid modeling is given.
