Peanut stem rot is commonly known as "dumping disease", "card neck disease", "dead sputum", often causing the death of whole plants or side branches of peanuts, resulting in severe reduction in production. Symptoms of stem rot are mainly characterized by black decay of cotyledons in the seedling stage. Avoid plant scars when planting seedlings in time, planting ash in the growing period, and timely draining, all of which can alleviate the disease. 2. Chemical control. 50% carbendazim WP can be used for seed dressing 0.3, or 25% carbendazim WP can be used for seed dressing 0.5%, 40% carbendazim suspension 1kg, water 1000 kg, spray 50-1000 kg of diluted liquid in the mu, after the seedlings, spray once before flowering, the control effect can reach 48.8--99.4%, and can also cure root rot and other diseases. The same effect can be obtained by spraying with 70% methyl thiophanate 800-1000 times.
