Outokumpu automatic vertical filter press in zeolite production

Recently, China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association hosted a technical appraisal meeting for the application of Outokumpu automatic vertical filter press in zeolite production undertaken by China Aluminum Corporation Shandong Branch in Zibo City, Shandong Province. Hearing the report of the research group, questioning, discussion and on-site inspection. Experts believe that the project can not fully meet the requirements of on-site production process requirements in the initial stage of the introduction of the filter press, after a series of production adaptability research, technical research and production debugging. After that, the equipment reached the standard.
The filter press is applied in the Shandong Branch of China Aluminum Co., Ltd. It has the characteristics of high productivity, low energy consumption, high automation and low labor intensity, and meets the production needs of an annual output of 100,000 tons of 4A zeolite. The filter press was first applied in the production of 4A zeolite, and achieved obvious economic benefits. The main economic and technical indicators have reached the international advanced level. It is hoped that the application field of the filter press will be further expanded.
