At present, all materials required for bearing manufacture in Japan are produced in China. Through this acquisition, overseas production will be realized for the first time. After establishing a complete production system from materials to finished products in China, Dafeng Industrial will expand the transactions with Chinese auto companies and invest in local Japanese auto companies while reducing exchange rate risks and increasing the Chinese market share. Changzhou Hengye will increase its production capacity and expand its customer base by introducing advanced production technologies. It plans to double the current production capacity of 800 tons per month and the annual sales volume of 1 billion yen by 2015. The production of aluminum shaft material will also be exported to other regions such as Europe and the United States.
