Operation management

Failed device photos and record text description upload cloud storage, automatically recorded to the operation log through the cloud processing; at the same time automatically submit a maintenance application, enter the maintenance process. The patrols of residents of distributed power stations need to be reserved in advance, patrol plans and inspection items are made, and inspections are regularly performed.

Switching operation: The operator receives the switching operation instruction and enters the approval process. After completion of the approval, the switching operation is performed. The operator receives the corresponding key smart key to operate the device, and the intelligent keyhole system controls the entire switch through the video lock control chain. The operation process is monitored. After the operation is completed, information such as the open position, time, and number of times recorded by the smart key is uploaded to the cloud for storage and recorded in the operation log after being processed by the cloud.

2. Maintenance Management

The intelligent maintenance and management of residents' distributed power grid communities mainly includes: online fault diagnosis and treatment, preventive maintenance diagnosis and treatment, early diagnosis and treatment of sensitive equipment, and component cleaning and early warning.

On-line fault diagnosis and processing: Smart PV power plant can collect real-time information of power station equipment operation status, and maintenance personnel monitor the power station fault status through the mobile phone client or Internet-based Web software; automatically trigger a warning notification when a fault occurs, and prompt maintenance through SMS. The personnel view the fault condition and take appropriate action. After troubleshooting, the maintenance process is completed and the results are recorded in the mobile client and uploaded to the cloud storage.

Preventive maintenance diagnosis and treatment: Through excavation of power station equipment operation status, fault history and other information through cloud computing to evaluate the equipment failure points and aging trends, automatically generate targeted preventive maintenance plan to meet the requirements of national standards and industry standards The maintenance personnel are reminded to make maintenance preparations before the maintenance task expires.

Sensitive equipment early warning diagnosis and treatment: After the power station identifies sensitive equipment, the fixed value of the equipment protection is solidified into cloud processing related programs, and the data collected through real-time monitoring of the power station is analyzed to realize the early warning function when the deviation occurs, and the operation and maintenance personnel are provided with the equipment. Operate in a timely manner to cut off the point of failure, to prevent equipment damage or the expansion of the fault.

Component cleaning and early warning: Component pollution loss in photovoltaic power generation can reach 4% (see Figure 3); no cleaning of components will cause power loss, and frequent washing will not be economical. The power station can give the best cleaning time of the PV module by comparing the results of the evaluation of the power generation efficiency with the simulation model.

3. Contract Management and Profit

The maintenance service provider signs the power supply contract of the residents' power grid community and signs the power supply contract with the residents of the power grid community. The operation and maintenance service provider evaluates the electricity consumption of the industrial and commercial users, calculates the power consumption, negotiates the price of electricity, and establishes the contract energy. After managing the plan, it signed an electricity contract with the industrial and commercial users and used contract energy management mode to provide electricity for industrial and commercial users.

Residential buildings install distributed photovoltaic power stations, which supply power to residents' grid communities during the day, and industrial and commercial users settle electricity tariffs at a price slightly lower than that of commercial and commercial electricity (0.7-1.4 yuan/kWh); use electricity at night, and use grid power at residents' prices (0.55 -0.85 yuan / degree) for settlement, profitability part of the payment of maintenance services fees can reduce the power plant construction fund recovery period, and then as soon as possible to achieve profitability.

4. Customer feedback and user evaluation management

O&M service providers, as the key role in coordinating and coordinating the supply side and the power side, are very important to establish an excellent customer return visit and user evaluation system, which can help O&M service providers to improve their technologies and management.

Through the mobile platform or the Internet to establish a customer evaluation system, the customer (supplying party and power consumer) will independently conduct evaluation and complaints. The system will perform statistical analysis, and the statistical analysis results will be linked to the performance of the operation and maintenance service providers. It will supervise and effectively supervise and improve service quality of service personnel.
