At the show, Wald showed off a range of diamond cutter wheels, in which the integrated diamond cutter wheel is mainly suitable for cutting large and medium-sized panels simultaneously. This cutter wheel uses V-shaped teeth with a tooth depth of 10-15μm, which ensures high penetration capability and minimizes particles. This cutter wheel is equipped with a built-in dust cap and an in-line bearing tool holder. It can effectively avoid the dust falling into the bearing during the cutting process, resulting in poor rotation and affecting the cutting quality. In addition, the cutter wheel, the cutter shaft and the tool holder are integrally formed at the time of shipment to form a whole body, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly, and can also avoid mismatch between the cutter wheel and the cutter shaft. The lateral locking device and axial limit design of the integrated cutter wheel can significantly improve the stability of the installation of the cutter wheel holder in the holder, avoiding the S-cut line. The double-edged toothed diamond cutter wheel is mainly used for cutting ultra-thin panel glass coated with a protective film or printing ink. The edge of the protective film or ink layer is cut once, and the secondary cutting edge is cut on the glass, which is easier to cut than the single-angle cutter wheel, and has the characteristics of directly cutting the film and cutting the glass at the same time. The high-permeability diamond cutter wheel is mainly used to cut large and medium-sized TFT-LCD and AMLOLED panels. This kind of micro-recession processing which is superior to the traditional toothless cutter wheel can make the contact surface between the cutter wheel and the glass smaller, and the pressure of the tooth on the glass becomes larger, so that the pressure is larger during the process of rolling and cutting the glass into the cutter wheel. The vibration anti-reflection effect makes the penetration of the cutter wheel stronger. The upper and lower cutter wheels are cut at the same time, which is suitable for use on the sixth generation line. The cutter wheel is directly split after cutting, and the robot automatically grabs directly, and does not require a splitting process. According to Chen Jifeng's introduction, the products have been applied to major panel manufacturers such as AUO, Innolux, BOE, Huaxing Optoelectronics and Tianma Microelectronics.
