G-WIT® composite tapes are single-layer fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composite tapes made by spreading and leveling continuous fiber, thermoplastic resin impregnation and shaping. Through technical R&D, the Company overcame the technical difficulty of high viscosity polypropylenes penetrating into the thin-diameter fiber gaps.

With our unique process, each monofil of the fiber bundle can be completely penetrated and impregnated. The preimpregnation tapes are fabricated based on such process, and such strips are characterized by the parallel arrangement of fiber without crossing. With a glass fiber content of 50%-75%, a thickness of 0.2-0.4mm and an average strength of 800-1000MP maximized at 1050 MP, our strops are the strongest unidirectional material in China.

Ningbo Actmix produces the Zinc Dialkyldithiophosphate salt, Actmix®ZDTP-50, Actmix®ZBPD-50, Actmix®ZDTP-50, Actmix®ZAT-70 etc. It is non-staining specialty accelerator for rapid vulcanization of EPDM and other synthetic rubbers ,not containing any secondary amines which can form N-nitrosamines; With excellent non-blooming characteristic.

The Zinc dialkyldithiophosphate salt is a special accelerator for EPDM which contains sulphur, ZnO, thiazoles and thiurams accelerator. It can lead to high degree of cross-linking and no blooming with maximum usage dosages recommended.
