On August 5th, Kaifeng Group Jianhua 4,000 kWh energy-saving transformer was successfully put into production. After the device was put into use, the production of electricity was optimized, and the annual electricity expenditure could be reduced by more than one million yuan.
It is understood that after Jianhua’s ammonia plant was shut down, production power was reduced from 25,000 kWh to 3,000 kWh, and the original two main transformers (with a total capacity of 27,500 kWh) exhibited a “big horse-drawn car†phenomenon. It took one report to stop, and the other one took the most demanding mode of operation. It still spent more than 100,000 yuan each month. For this purpose, Jianhua Company decided to reduce the capacity of the transformer and replace one main transformer with an energy-saving transformer of 4000 kWh.
